1. Custom Pattern Making
As a custom clothing manufacturer, before starting production, we make customized pattern for your clothing product. Let suppose, if you ordered tshirts, we will make custom pattern according to your sizing, brand requirements and the country where you are.
So, don’t worry about sizing issues because we wil make perfect outfit for you. We’ll communicate with you through complete manufacturing process.
2. Fabric Cutting
As a custom clothing manufacturer, after making custom patterns for your brand, we do fabric cutting in professiona way. This cutting is all based on pattern we have made for you.
So, don’t worry about quality of cutting fabric because we have quality assurance team to check everything. Please note that yiu can’t ask for changing in fabric color or design after cutting is done.
Fabric cutting pays important role in quality production and manufacturing.
3. Printing / Embroidery / Sublimation / DTG etc
After doing fabric cutting process, Now its time to put your brand design in your clothing line products. You can ask for any kind of design like Printing, Sublimation, Embroidery, DTG, Tie Die etc.
As a clothing manufacturer & supplier, we will also suggest you which kind of design you should choose for your apparel line. It also depends on your design which you want on your product.

4. Fabric Sewing
This is the final process before packaging. We do sew your clothing in a quality manner. Our quality assurance team also ensures the quality of sewing and make sure there is no mistake.

Neck labels are also sewed in this phase.
5. Custom Tags and Packaging
Yes, we sew custom neck labels and attach tag cards with each of your product. We also provide custom packaging with your brand name (that may require additional charges) as per your needs.
Please note that basic packaging is FREE including neck labels and tag cards with your brand identity.

Fast Turn Around Time
We try to complete production within 7 business days.This is for medium sized orders like quantity of 100 sets etc, so turn around time varies with your order quantity and customization details. However, we can say that turn around time will always be good.

We accept payments from bank to bank (for those who has business accounts) as well as Money gram, Xoom, Wesern Union, Remitly (for those who don’t have business accounts for their ease). We also open to any other payment option which is easy for you.
No, you need to send only 50% amount to place an order. We will start poduction and show you video/ images when production will be ready to ship. So, you need to send remaining 50% when your order production is completed.
